Job Title : Client Service Coordinator
Company : Orkin Pest Control / Sawyer, Inc.
Responsibilities :
Schedule, organize, and route work for optimum efficiency
Manage incoming phone calls
Generate, manage, and follow up on inbound lead sources
Acquire new clients and generate revenue by offering solutions and closing business over the phone
Receive and record client payments
Prepare and manage client accounts with accurate data, contact information, updates, and activities
Provide first person problem resolution for external and internal clients
Deliver first class customer service while interacting with various co-workers, clients and vendors
Achieve individual and team sales goals
Complete special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications :
High degree of professionalism and communication
Flexibility in a multi-managed working environment
Ambitious and results-driven individual that takes initiative
Resourceful and able to learn new products, services, and processes quickly
Strong facilitation and team skills
Ability to write clear, concise communications : excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills
Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
Minimum of 1-year office work and customer service experience required
Qualified candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
