What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Manager (Pest control) position at Orkin Pest Control?
Orkin is seeking a talented Office Admin to assist in the day to day operations of a fast paced office.
The successful candidate will help with all the office administration functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service functions, incoming telephone calls, following up on customer service inquiries, setting appointments and assist the Pest Control Technician in setting up their daily schedules.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A thorough understanding of all Microsoft office applications
A thorough understanding of Google Drive, Sheets, Docs
The ability to manage administrative functions with little direction
The ability to multi-task; self starter
The ability to solve problems independently
The ability to prioritize urgent vs non-urgent tasks
The ability to make decisions without having all the information
Attention to detail
Impeccable phone skills
At least 3 years professional office experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to pass a background check, physical and drug screen
Pest Control experience a plus
Knowledge of ServPro software a plus
