Pest Control Compliance Inspector

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing residential properties for any pest activity and provide solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of our inspection process which you will be trained for in full. The Home Inspector will provide comprehensive reports on any pest related issues on residential properties, that may need addressing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, including attics, crawl spaces, basements, and the exterior.
• Identify potential safety hazards and recommend necessary repairs or improvements.
• Document findings in detailed inspection reports, providing clear descriptions of any issues discovered.
• Collaborate with contractors and construction management teams to address identified concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices in home inspection.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or in the pest related field is preferred.
• Excellent research skills for data collection related to pests and subject specifics.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly both verbally and in written reports.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness during inspections.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in pest home inspection are highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
