Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual for our Home Inspector role. This is a commissioned based position with unlimited earning potential. Company Vehicle and gas card are provided!
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties.
- Must be Physically capable to crawl under homes and access rooflines by ladder.
- Collect data on the condition of various systems within the home, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Provide detailed reports outlining findings from inspections, including necessary repairs or maintenance recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to home inspections.
- Home inspectors are required to support their findings with detailed pictures.
Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must be willing to (get dirty) accessing crawl spaces, basements, and attics.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes and pipeline assessments.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for data collection and reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and real estate professionals.
