Environmental Protection Associate

Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company-paid training program to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route independently.
- Prepare and install home services, including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
- Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
- Serve as a problem solver for customers, deciding on the most efficient and effective pest solution for each customer's needs.
Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary; we will train you to become a certified Orkin Pro.
- You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You will need to obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid).
- You should be able to work independently in the field, manage route-based assignments, and interact effectively with customers.
