We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Service Specialist to join our team at Orkin. As an Orkin Pro, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest management services to residential customers.
Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company-paid training program and learn the skills required to effectively manage pest control service routes.
- Prepare and install home services, including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
- Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
- Serve as a problem solver for customers to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
- Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy.
