Job Description
This role requires a unique blend of technical skills and customer-facing abilities. As an Orkin Pro, you will be responsible for completing our award-winning company-paid training program, learning the skills required to operate a pest control service route independently. Your duties will include preparing and installing home services, interacting with customers, and serving as a problem solver for their pest-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary; we will train you to become a certified Orkin Pro.
- You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You will need to obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid).
- You should be able to work independently in the field, manage route-based assignments, and interact effectively with customers.
