Daily Tasks Of A Customer Solutions Representative
- Deliver personalized and informative presentations to homeowners on a daily basis about the utilization of our client’s pest control service options
- Identify pest control sales opportunities through repeat business and referral opportunities to increase sales metrics
- Develop memorable, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers and ensure their needs are met and sales goals are delivered
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of community outreach activities and account details with the Customer Solutions Representative team
- Implement and support marketing and sales strategies for the Pest Control client, resulting in increased brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Independently manage major sales projects or customer accounts with assistance from senior account management and the Customer Solutions Representative team
Customer Solutions Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- The willingness to learn various pest control services in order to become a crucial asset to the client
