We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and another language, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for helping others.
Duties
- Be Friendly and courteous when approached in person or on the telephone
- Answer phone calls
- Perform data entry tasks
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Handles payments, financing and refunds within company guidelines.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling challenging situations or complaints.
- Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, or Haitian Creole is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate with customers.
- Focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
