Main point of contact for all guest inquiries, including answering calls, dispatching, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate with guests and co-workers
- Minimum lifting 25lbs.
- Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching
- Practice the Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times
- Assist with guest requests and notify appropriate management to resolve guest issues
- Maintain a daily log of calls, action taken and final status of requests
- Answer each call with proper telephone etiquette
- Print and distribute reports per unit requirements
- Maintain and be familiar with the directory of information for guest services
- Handle all emergencies according to specified procedures
- Operate and /or explain TDD operation for guests
- Follow all procedures as outlined in the handbook, as well as all other appropriate unit and company policies and procedures
- Each associate is expected to complete, within their ability, all reasonable requests by management
