Job Requirements
- Minimum lifting of 30lbs.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
- Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
- Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
- Making espresso beverages, latte art, speed and efficiency.
- Articulating drinks, guiding guests through menu, up sells, builds rapport with guests.
- Serving beverages, building rapport, restocking milk.
- Practice the Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times.
- Promptly take and serve guest orders.
- Operate the POS and complete all side work.
