Bellman PM Shift

We have an immediate opening for a full time Bellman. This is a tipped position.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for carry the guest's luggage to and from the room and notifying the proper department for any needs the guest may have. You may also transport guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle (must be at least 21 years of age).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum lifting of 50-70lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age as you may transport guests to/from assigned destination using a property vehicle.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
• Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
• Must be at least 21 years of age as you may transport guests to/from assigned destination using a property vehicle.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Practice the Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times
• Answer bell stand phone and assist guests with luggage.
• Ensure efficient delivery and retrieval of valet laundry, luggage and packages.
• Operate and/or explain TDD operation for guests.
• Keep work area and bell carts clean and assist in monitoring the main entrance.
• Complete all checklists per shift and keep an accurate log.
• Each associate is expected to complete, within their ability, all reasonable requests by management.

Weekends and Holidays may be required.
