Summary
We are seeking an Admission Representative to join our team at Orlando Medical Institute. This role is essential in guiding prospective students through the admission process and ensuring they understand the opportunities available within our emergency medical programs. The Admission Representative will play a key role in promoting OMI's mission of delivering quality education and training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and recruitment activities to attract potential students.
- Provide information about OMI's programs, admission requirements, and application processes.
- Assist prospective students with completing their applications and gathering necessary documentation.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions to promote OMI's offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with academic advisors to ensure a smooth transition for new students into their programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and educational advancements to effectively communicate with prospective students.
Requirements
- Strong public speaking skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in recruiting or admissions within an educational setting is preferred.
- Ability to educate prospective students about program offerings clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with Ellucian or similar educational administration software is a plus.
- Background in academic advising or student services is highly desirable.
