Orlando Neurosurgery is currently seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our fast-paced Neurosurgery practice in our Orlando office.
PT Assistant / Brace Fitter Key Tasks & Responsibilities
· Evaluate and measure patients to determine the type of brace required
· Create and modify braces to meet the specific needs of the patient
· Instruct the patient on how to use and care for their brace
· Adjust the brace to ensure perfect fit and maximum comfort
· Follow medical prescription and specifications to fit brace
· Maintain inventory and order supplies and materials as needed
· Ensure patient satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
· Thrive in an environment where communication and teamwork is critical
· Must be well organized, great at multi-tasking and detail oriented
· Must maintain a positive, caring attitude toward patients at all times
