We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests during breakfast hours. Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils.
- Cook breakfast items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is presented attractively and is replenished as needed throughout service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling guidelines.
- Operate POS systems for any necessary transactions or guest interactions.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cooking techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for communicating with guests effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Excellent guest relations skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Experience in restaurants or hotels is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team setting is essential.
