Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; and sanitize bathrooms.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and presentable.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations within the department.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
