Position Summary :
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements for evaluation and promotion to production environments.
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements?.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Creating functional specifications for solutions.

Customizing the platform : Working with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the Salesforce platformSupporting users : Ensuring users of all technical levels can easily use SalesforceMaintaining security : Ensuring security standards are metManaging releases : Managing releases into productionDesigning and developing : Designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platformAutomating business processes : Working with the Salesforce platform to automate business processesCreating custom user interfaces : Creating custom user interfacesIntegrating with external systems : Integrating with external systemsDesigning, coding, testing, and implementing : Designing, coding, testing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable software applicationsAdditional Reporting Responsibilities :
Understand business objectives, collect business requirements and translate them into data requirements, design and develop reports or dashboards, schedule and deploy business intelligence components in accordance with best practices, and complete accurate and timely documentation.
Designing and developing reports : Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that refine complex data sets into meaningful, actionable insights for organizations.Maintaining reports : Keep reports up to date and ensure they are accurate and relevantGathering business requirements : Work with departments to understand their reporting needs and develop objectives and metricsAnalyzing data : Filter out unnecessary information and identify trendsCollaborating with stakeholders : Present findings and provide solutions to stakeholdersAdministering reporting tools : Manage the reporting tools and technologies used to support operational reportingRequired Qualifications :
BA / BS in Computer Science or related field is preferable. Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be consideredSalesforce certification is required3 years' experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboardsExpert in powerBI, SQL SSRS report or TabeloHigh proficiency with SQL and Oracle database managementUnderstanding of Snowflake is preferable but not requiredExcellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that include internal, external and customer-facing teamsRequires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilitiesProgramming / scripting experience and knowledge of software development life cycle is preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing prioritiesOther Duties :
