Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to customers to discuss their overdue bills
- Taking inbound calls from customers to discuss their overdue bills
- Recording and updating customer information in our database
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor
- Meeting daily and monthly collection targets
- Administrative and clerical assignments
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
