Orlans PC is seeking experienced individuals just like you join our Money Judgement/Consumer Litigation team, as a Phone Collections Specialist,. This would include credit cards, auto loans, consumer loans, indirect loan portfolios or commercial accounts that have been charged off or selected for litigation. Our highly-skilled Phone Collectors are responsible for processing high volume debtor phone calls and negotiating settlements, payment plans or other payment arrangements in accordance with client guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls professionally within specified guidelines.
- Negotiate settlements, payment plans and other payment arrangements.
- Document case management system with completed activities.
- Update Client websites and respond to messages and inquiries.
- Ensure data accuracy to facilitate timely billing for each file in accordance with client time lines.
- Respond to client status reports.
- Adhere to strict compliance guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior phone collections experience required.
- High degree of customer service.
- High degree computer skills.
- Error-free data entry skills.
- Detail orientation.
- Ability to multi-task frequently.
- Appropriate email etiquette.
- Appropriate telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment under the pressure of deadlines.
- Experience with Collections Litigation, Call Center and/or Document Preparation preferred.
