Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of data collection, including establishing data collection systems and protocols.
Coordinate and lead the Educational Support Team process and ensure data
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data through regular audits and quality assurance processes.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive data dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide support in utilizing data effectively.
Stay updated on relevant education policies, standards, and regulations related to data reporting and accountability.
Perform additional related duties as needed.

The Orleans Central Supervisory Union is comprised of two school districts (Lake Region Union Elementary-Middle School and Lake Region Union High School) supporting six K-8 elementary schools, the Orleans Central Early Childhood Program, and Lake Region Union High School.
