What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Health Service Provider position at Orleans Central Supervisory Union?
Orleans Central Supervisory Union is seeking a Health Service Provider Substitutes to join their team. The ideal candidates will provide all students with school health services and function collaboratively with the district nurse and principals to promote a healthy school environment. Strong organizational and documentation skills are necessary.
The ideal candidates would work well in a fast paced environment, remain calm during emergency situations, be comforting to children of all ages, must be flexible in a variety of school locations and must be willing to train prior to starting. Health care background is not necessary but must be willing to learn.
The Orleans Central Supervisory Union is comprised of two school districts (Lake Region Union Elementary-Middle School and Lake Region Union High School) supporting six K-8 elementary schools, the Orleans Central Early Childhood Program, and Lake Region Union High School.
Orleans Central Supervisory Union is located in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom which is known for scenic and rugged area of hills, sugarbushes, farmland and lakes.
