Anticipated initial assignment in Niagara County Community College, Sanborn, NY. The individual will work with students to provide remedial support and GED preparation. The instructor will work with college instructors to provide additional support for college curriculum. Experience working with adults to improve literacy skills and prepare for employment, excellent communication skills, self-starter, organized, and being personable are desired. A bachelor's degree in education or related field is required. The individual should have or be eligible for certification upon hire. It is anticipated that an individual will qualify for certification with successful completion of fingerprinting and three workshops. Regular attendance and dependability are required. Other responsibilities may be assigned. Assignment is subject to change. Salary: $34.00 per hour.
