Childcare Worker - Health Club

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. This role is essential in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children of various ages. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare settings and a passion for fostering the development of young minds. This position requires a proactive approach to caregiving and the ability to engage children in meaningful activities.

Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development.
• Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, addressing their individual needs.
• Engage children in play and learning activities that stimulate their physical, emotional, and social growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
• Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their confidence and independence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or childcare settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles is highly desirable.
• Ability to provide infant care with patience and understanding.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents effectively.
• A nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to create engaging activities that educate while entertaining.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
