The Creative Internship with Orme Live will be an onsite role based in New York City and paid at $16.50 hourly.

Influencer Support

• Sourcing new influencers to add to our databaseand developing new strategies/ways to work with creators
• Communicationwith influencers (including initial outreach, onboarding processes, through invoice payment)
• Building out a consistent gifting program
• Writing/preparing contracts for influencer collaborations
• Processing influencer gifting orders in a timely manner
• Tracking posted content/deliverables (and reporting impressions)
• Managing invoicing processes / creator payments
• Maintaining and sharing the monthly influencer report
• Assist in developing marketing plans and communications, including strategy, goals, and tactics.
• Help build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.
• Support the executionof influencer and content strategies, digital marketing, and social media programs.
• Contribute to growingthe database of press outlets,bloggers, influencers, and editors.
• Aid in managinginfluencer and entertainer partnerships through contentcreation and campaigns.
• Support project management of key accountsand prepare/review activityand status reports.
• Stay informed on influencer marketingtrends and assist in evolvingstrategies as needed.

Social Media Support

• Assisting with management of Social Media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Coordinating use of Influencer assets for ORME Social accounts
• Creation and postingof social deliverables (across platforms) including static images, videos, and copywriting
• Assist in managingthe PR calendar, budget, and expenses.
• Help ensure consistency in brand languageand identity across PR, Influencer, Social Media, Digital, etc.
• Help create engaging press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Support collaboration with PRagencies to ensure effective media coverage.
• Aid in developing media relations strategies and handling media inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and assist with crafting brand narratives.
• Help manage PR and Influencer events, press conferences, and product launches.
• Build out and manage the Instagram posting calendar using “Later” platform

Brand Partnerships Support

• Assist in creating marketing calendars and promotional initiatives.
• Help identify and connect the right influencers with brands relevantto their content
• Coordinate consistent PR/Influencer gifting across ORME brand partners
• Support customer database acquisition programs and brand partnerships
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team on marketing and partnership events
• Help manage community engagement and digital strategies for brands
• Plan and coordinate partnership initiatives, events,and logistics withinapproved budgets
• Help promote ORME brands across social media platforms
• Outreach and meet with brands in an effort for them to join ORME
• Ability to confidently pitch ORME’s valuesto the brands curious about onboarding

PR Support

• Conduct mass outreach for editors, podcasts and media outlets
• Follow up consistently in an effort to gain coverage on ORME
• Brainstorm PR coverage / storylines to pitch
• Coordinate interviews
• Coordinate PR gifting for multiple brands
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Assist/redirect influencer/brand tech issues and queries to support team
