The George Miksch Sutton Avian Research Center is accepting applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors and be responsible for leadership and management of the organization, representing the Sutton Center to government agencies, public, and media.
The Sutton Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to finding cooperative conservation solutions for birds and the natural world through science and education. Responsibilities :
- Lead a staff of biologists and associates.
- Manage development and financial operations.
- Oversee project management while maximizing the facilities and assets of the organization.
- Represent the Sutton Center to government agencies, public, and media.
