Warehouse Clerk (Warehouse Finished Goods Inventory Clerk)
6am-4pm - some flexibility on start / end times required.
Role Overview :
The individual’s key role is to ensure Finished Goods inventory accuracy across all product types in a professional manner, which includes computer system knowledge, data entry, assisting in coordinating cycle and yearend inventory counts. This role will support the Warehouse Supervisor in a professional manner.
Reports to : Warehouse Supervisor
Principal Duties as Warehouse Inventory Clerk :
- Primary Back-Up for Receiving Clerk, Shipping Clerk, Finished Goods Clerk, etc. as needed (vacation, call-ins, etc.
- Responsible for all QA related Finished Good issues
- Update production schedule before stacking
- Review hold sheets as submitted
- Release product from hold or putting product to rework off QA direction
- This position will be responsible for Dice Shred finished goods processes schedules inventory valuation sheets missing cheese investigating working with floor employee on any issues working with finance on any discrepancies
- Assist on the Warehouse floor as needed throughout the day
- Make shipping tags for all production lines
- Whitehall deliveries to and from Whitehall
- Present at the shipping window to check drivers in and out daily
- Work with supervisor on setting up rework trucks when possible
- Handling all inbound transfers of FG from outside storages
- Manage inventory levels of Dice Shred bulk so that we can ship off the bulk that is no longer needed and keep designated bays with their correct product.
- Ensure inventory levels are low to maximize finished good room in the warehouse
- Partner with Inventory Controller on warehouse related projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
