Warehouse Clerk (Warehouse Finished Goods Inventory Clerk)

Role Overview:
The individual’s key role is to ensure Finished Goods inventory accuracy across all product types in a professional manner, which includes computer system knowledge, data entry, assisting in coordinating cycle and yearend inventory counts. This role will support the Warehouse Supervisor in a professional manner.
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

This role will support the Warehouse Supervisor in a professional manner.
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor
Principal Duties as Warehouse Inventory Clerk:
- Perform monthly finished goods inventory verifications with inventory clerk.
- Perform daily cycle counting on finished goods.
- Fill customer orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Use manual pallet jack and forklift as needed.
- Provide support for employees and customer inquiries on inventory.
- Update daily reports of inventory for use by management.
- Manages shipments and associated inventories between Ornua and outside warehouses.
- Supports customer service/logistics, special projects as requested.
- Comply with all regulatory agencies, HACCP, GMP, and other industry requirements.
- Ensure that products processed for shipping are delegated to correct courier.
- Arranging finished products using LIFO or FIFO methodology.
- Moving short-dated finished product into inactive inventory.
- Documenting daily inactive inventory.
- Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed.
- Assist in other areas as needed and perform any other duties as assigned.
- Must be in good work standing with excellent attendance to be considered for this role.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment with inventory knowledge.
- Associate’s Degree a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer orders, inventory reports, operating procedures to ensure documents are audited and accurate. Ability to generate reports and business correspondence.
- Excellent computer skills with advanced experience in Microsoft Office and specialized inventory control software programs preferred.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to represent company in an upbeat and professional manner.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
- Must be self-motivated, dependable, and a team player.
