Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and engage them in a friendly conversation to understand their needs
- Analyze customer requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their expectations
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
- Provide accurate and detailed information about service plans, services, and parts, empowering customers to make informed decisions
- Handle all incoming service calls, create detailed ticket requests, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed
- Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure quality repairs are completed efficiently and effectively
- Nurture ongoing relationships with customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues quickly and fairly
- Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs throughout the process
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized and clean documents, files, workstations, and other areas according to company standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years' experience as a Service Advisor
- Previous experience working in an automotive dealership repair facility is required
- Detailed knowledge of automotive repair theory, terminology, and procedures
- Proven customer service and relations expertise
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
