Job Summary: To provide students with a daily and ongoing instructional program that will provide forthem the best possible academic knowledge and skills. To promote academic, socialand citizenship development through leadership and classroom supervision.Qualifications: 1. Idaho teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement(s). Preference given formultiple endorsements, especially in the areas of Family Consumer Science, Electives, Englishand/or Social Studies.2.
Strong background in teaching methods, developmentally appropriate classroomactivities, and effective classroom management3. Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter and effective teaching methods4. Strong background in curriculum and the Idaho Core Standards5. Strong background in the integration of technology with instruction6.
Ability to maintain a positive learning environment7. Work well with students, staff, and the public8. Excellent organizational skills9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills10.
Able to work under deadlines11. Maintain confidentiality of staff and students12.
