Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
- Establish realistic patient goals and implement interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and optimize outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff members.
- Communicate patient information accurately and thoroughly with assigned staff and between shifts.
Qualifications:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing are required.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
