Your Role Will Include:
- Keeping buildings looking their best. Perform routine and deep cleaning of assigned areas.
- Assisting with building maintenance. Support upkeep and special projects.
- Taking on new tasks. Other duties as assigned to support school operations.
Qualifications:
- Age 16 and successful completion of background check.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Friendly and professional – work well with staff, students, and the public.
- Physically active – able to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, squat, twist, and climb stairs.
- Comfortable working in different conditions – hot, cold, dusty, wet, humid, and noisy environments.
- Experience in cleaning or building maintenance is preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting pay $16.00/hour.
Location & Shift Times:
- Orono School District Grounds.
- Summer position - Approximately June 9 - August 29.
- Full Time, 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday through Friday.
