The Role :

This position is responsible for repairing, servicing, installing, and training of packaging equipment.

This position requires travel, which could be up to or above 50% of the work week. This position will require overtime depending on the customer's schedule and demand.

What You’ll be Responsible For in this Role :

• Responsible for maintaining and repairing customers’ equipment as required.
• Responsible for training customers on newly installed equipment.
• Responsible for requesting and following up on parts to service a customer's machine.
• Responsible for completing work orders daily in their entirety to ensure proper billing and allocation of stock.
• Responsible for reviewing and managing reports and calendars specific to job responsibilities.
• Responsible for hitting KPI and goals set up by Leadership.
• Effectively communicate to internal and external customers quickly and professionally.
• Travel as necessary to multiple states.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
