Responsibilities
- Entering data into spreadsheets and the SAP database while ensuring accuracy and consistency..
- Transcribe information from documents, forms, and other materials into digital formats.
- Utilize Excel for data management, including creating and managing pivot tables.
- Perform regular data collection tasks to ensure the integrity of information.
- Maintain organized records of data entry activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct basic math calculations as needed for data verification.
- Verifying information for completeness and correctness..
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in data management systems.
- Updating existing data as necessary.
- Following established data entry protocols and guidelines.
- Maintaining data integrity by identifying and reporting errors.
