This is a warm comfortable feeling, up to date facility with modern equipment, materials, and techniques. Much of our patient interaction is automated and assisted to make it possible to be as personable and personal as possible. Many patients tell us it doesn't look or feel like a dental office.

Responsibilities:

As a Smiley Front Office Team Member, your primary responsibilities include:

1. Assisting patients in accessing the care they need and desire.
2. Making every patient feel welcome and valued as an individual.
3. Guiding patients in maximizing their insurance benefits.
4. Scheduling appointments that suit patients' needs.
5. Ensuring patients don't exchange a dental issue for a financial one.
6. Cultivating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

You'll also be handling typical front office duties that contribute to the success of the team and the satisfaction of our patients.

Familiarity with Dentrix and Dental Intelligence is beneficial, it's not mandatory, as we use these tools uniquely to enhance the patient experience.

If you don't have a lot of experience but have a great desire to work and learn this could work well for you. We will gladly teach you and help you to find what you like best and how great you can be.

Of course experience is a plus.

Spanish speaking a plus.

Attention to detail a must.

Ability to follow instructions a must.
