This position requires a high level of storytelling, excellent interpersonal skills and the expectation to be a sales leader in the area of expertise, consistently remaining the top seller in the store. Candidates must have experience encouraging positive relationships with clients and demonstrate outstanding product knowledge.
You will be a partner to your manager and provide vital feedback in order to drive the business forward. Retail associates are tasked to communicate relevant business information to their team through morning or evening briefings, training and 1:1 coaching.

Your role will be pivotal in delivering unparalleled customer service, overseeing inventory, and ensuring our store is artistically curated to showcase our premium leather goods and represent other latino and BIPOC owned businesses alongside our brand.
START DATE: March 2025
Key Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Candidate should be team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to open and close as needed.
- Cash handling experience required.
- Successfully provide superior service to every client.
- English & Spanish preferred but not required.
