Angular Tech Lead/ Front-End Lead (Angular)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Angular Tech Lead with 10 years of professional experience to lead development initiatives for a prominent Communications & Media project. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in responsive web and app UX design, with a deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks and micro-frontend architecture.

This role involves technical leadership, direct client interaction, and offshore coordination. The selected individual will play a key part in driving technical decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring quality delivery of scalable front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end architecture, development, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and offshore teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Guide developers in best practices, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Monitor production data and user behavior to drive continuous improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, scope estimation, and product roadmap alignment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Angular (latest versions)
• Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Ionic Framework for hybrid mobile apps
• Knowledge of NGRX for state management
• Proficiency in GraphQL and related data-fetching paradigms
• Build runners and preprocessors like Babel, SASS, or LESS
• Agile methodology experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with offshore coordination

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
