Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-based solutions that align with our strategic business goals. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and support integrations with internal and external systems. You ll play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and translate business needs into effective solutions.

• Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability by writing efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure robust, high-quality deployments.

• Integrate Salesforce with other platforms and systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing Salesforce solutions.

• Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, user guides, and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.

• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
