**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Drive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support in our service department. You will be the first point of contact for customers as they bring their vehicles in for service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience throughout the service process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Vacuum, clean windows and move vehicles where needed, once customer is checked in.
- Test drive vehicles to assist with Quality Control when asked.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure customer requests and concerns are addressed.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and managing customer service records.
- Manage service drive operations, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with service department staff to ensure all customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
