What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deposit Quality Control Specialist III position at Orrstown Bank?
Verify complex account setups, such as estate, power of attorney (POA) and trust, legally created documentation and Cash Management proposed setups; implement, update and maintain procedure and process documentation; review and approve completed reconcilements; work with Wolters Kluwer and Streamline in reviewing forms and disclosures; prepare and test for system annual release and regular maintenance events; respond to audit requests; work with management to develop ongoing monitoring of the validation of new accounts and maintenance; provide internal support for other business lines and the branches via phone and emails.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or six (6) years’ experience understanding and working with banking regulations in a Deposit Operations support environment; prior experience with Jack Henry banking software highly preferred.
Excellent reading, verbal and written communication, mathematical, computer, organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal relations skills; multi-task with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail working within compressed time frames while meeting deadlines.
