Position Summary:
Lead the team, provide guidance and propose enhancements to work processes; perform multiple functions related to Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs); support the life cycle of wire and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer transactions including submission, processing, and approval; process mobile deposit transactions, audit and daily reviews of wires, critical to the Business Continuity Plan (BCP); support the BCP work schedule that is dependent on work flow and processing requirements.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum four (4) years of experience in banking electronic services meeting qualifications, and successful performance of essential duties, of an Electronic Services Specialist II or a combination of experience in Electronic Banking and other banking functions.
Proficient reading, comprehension, verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, computer and interpersonal relations skills; solid attention to detail; adaptable personality with a positive attitude; flexibility working a schedule contingent around processing deadlines.

Essential Duties:
Lead project work efforts that impact the department, the product offering or the Bank; stay current on trends and most recent information to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on products and services offered through Electronic Services and relevant payment channels.
Write, update and review process and procedure documents to ensure consistent format; lead the information and sample collection efforts regarding preparation for an audit or examination; maintain an up-to-date library of resource material; maintain test scripts to be utilized and implemented in a BCP situation.
