What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Servicing Specialist I position at Orrstown Bank?
Perform data entry of all loan types ensuring accurate recording into the core banking system; maintain various databases to ensure loans are in compliance with the Bank’s Loan Policy Guidelines and government, investor and the Bank’s regulations; research discrepancies and review findings with management and vendors; perform various clerical duties as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in loan processing; prior experience with Jack Henry banking software and working in financial services preferred.
Proficient reading, verbal and written communication, mathematical, computer and interpersonal relations skills; explain and relay complicated information; good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong analytical, problem solving, independent judgment and decision making skills; high level of organization and attention to detail; effectively multi-task and work within compressed time frames while meeting deadlines; lead, manage, and implement projects within scope of responsibility; be a self-starter and work independently as well as part of a team.
