The Salesforce Developer II will lead all platform administration, automations, integrations, data management and release management processes for all solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency and expertise in Salesforce solutions and will help develop and leverage best practices to produce efficient, well-documented, and well-tested technical solutions that help automate and streamline existing processes. This person will be capable of delivering custom Salesforce solutions tailored to the business needs. his position will work directly with the business and other IT teams to deliver solutions that drive business value.
7 years working as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer, specifically performing system administration, custom workflows and integrations, data management, testing and release management in a Salesforce environment
7 years technical background with excellent understanding of IT concepts, practices and operations
5 years of experience working in the financial services industry; strong business acumen and working knowledge of commercial and retail product origination and CRM strongly preferred
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Proven capacity to understand complex business and technical concepts
Highly self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Certified Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer preferred
