Position Summary
Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product roadmap for nCino and Salesforce. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver high quality, user-centric products that meet the companies’ strategic objectives.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience is required. Graduate degree in a related or supporting field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with an agile environment. Certified Scrum Product Owner is preferred. Experience with Salesforce/nCino preferred.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced product development environment.
Experience managing product development deliverables such as requirements gathering, user story writing, acceptance testing, and releases.
Highly self-motivated with demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and recognize opportunities to support continuous process optimization.
Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact with all levels of management.
Essential Duties
Partner with business leads to understand needs and current challenges, elicit requirements and drive solutions that support the business strategies and objectives.
Communicate regularly with all business partners to uncover opportunities, assess new platform features and prioritize work backlog.
Define and prioritize product features and functionality based on user needs, market demand, and business value.
Create, maintain, and communicate a clear and concise product roadmap.
Facilitate requirements sessions to capture user requirements that can be leveraged by the technical team to drive development.
Conducts complex business and data analysis, user analysis, and understanding of vendor functionality to consult with the business on ideas for improving the platform.
Validate acceptance criteria and verify developed work meets the business needs.
Track key product metrics and KPIs related to overall platform and delivered features.
Work with Learning and Development to develop the training plan and materials.
Remain up to date on Salesforce and nCino technology and market trends.
Following applicable policies and procedures related to systems development.
