Position Summary:
Track, manage and restructure the Bank’s problem loan portfolio; implement strategies to achieve goals developed for the department as part of the assigned division's annual operating plan; ensure the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; directly supervise assigned personnel; communicate with appropriate management and staff personnel; provide periodic reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
Minimum five (5) years of related experience.
Proficient reading, verbal and written communication, mathematical, analytical and interpersonal relations skills; knowledge of bankruptcy law and real estate law and practices; adept financial statement analysis skills; working knowledge of current lending and collection laws and regulations; valid driver's license.
