Position location is flexible to Camp Hill, Harrisburg, or York, PA
Under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources, responsible for performing a variety of administrative task and duties that supports the Human Resource function including but not limited to managing and maintaining the data integrity of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other resource systems; maintaining electronic employment records, launching the new hire on-boarding experience; benefits enrollment; 401k plan enrollment; compiling statistical data; and providing administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years administrative support experience required, previous experience in support of Human Resources highly preferred.
Excellent communication, writing, and telephone skills; Good customer service and interpersonal relations skills; Advanced computer skills; Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team; Must be conscientious, prompt, and courteous; Ability to problem solve and ability to make decisions; High degree of confidentiality and discretion; Excellent prioritizing and multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail.
