Position Summary
The Senior Salesforce / nCino Administrator will lead all platform administration, automations, integrations, data management and release management processes for all solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency and expertise in Salesforce solutions and will help develop and leverage best practices to produce efficient, well-documented, and well-tested technical solutions that help automate and streamline existing processes. This position will work directly with the business and other IT teams to deliver solutions that drive business value.
Qualifications
5 years working as a Salesforce Administrator or nCino Administrator, specifically performing system administration, data management, testing and release management in a Salesforce environment
5 years technical background with excellent understanding of IT concepts, practices and operations
3 years of experience working in the financial services industry; strong business acumen and working knowledge of commercial and retail product origination and CRM strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Proven capacity to understand complex business and technical concepts
Highly self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Certified Salesforce Administrator and nCino Certifications preferred
Essential Duties
Responsible to manage and optimize solution administration in the Salesforce ecosystem including nCino and Salesforce Sales and Service.
Ensure effective utilization and quality assurance of all administrative tools, including conducting configuration reviews for other system administrators to ensure standards, documentation requirement and best practice are upheld.
Mentor and cross-train other administrators on platform tools, environment settings and ecosystem solutions.
Lead the release management process ensuring all integration release processes are followed, and all features and functionality have been properly vetted and tested before deployment.
Conduct sandbox refresh process, ensuring all data processes, integrations and features are in working order.
Conducts proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
Perform design, configuration and deployment of the Salesforce / nCino platform features and functionality to support and innovate business processes (including system settings, objects, workflows, business rules, approval matrix, document manager, emails, policies, checklists, mobile administration, flows, and page layouts)
Proactively monitor performance of all incoming and outgoing data and integrations, including efficient issue resolution to minimize business impact
Maintain and monitors performance of all integrations including certification renewals, account credentials, and coordinating vendors on issue resolution.
Perform batch reassignments, imports, cleanups and data audits to support data and process integrity on the platform to reduce negative business impacts
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for the organization
Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with the Bank's internal policies and procedures, laws and regularly obligations
Collaborate with other IT teams on projects and continuous delivery initiatives
Remain current and knowledgeable with all Salesforce and nCino functionality by taking continuing education classes and actively participating in the nCino and Salesforce communities
Serve as Tier II Support and provide exceptional customer service to end users by answering questions, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues and educating users on platform functionality. Serve as Tier I support, as needed.
