Intervention Specialist License, BCI/FBI background check required. Skills needed: experience working with high school students with exceptional needs preferred, understanding of special education laws and best practices, and excellent communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Duties include: Serve as IEP case manager, developing, managing, and progress monitoring IEPs, provide instruction and support inclusion classes, working collaboratively with general education teachers, lead small group instruction sessions to meet the unique needs of each student, monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed, collaborate with parents, teachers, and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student education and development, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and IEP goals.
