Monitor repair costs and ensure budget compliance.Work with Property Operations Specialist and EVP to create and manage maintenance budget.Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards.Generate reports on maintenance activities, costs, and compliance status.Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.Present various options to EVP related to cost effective and efficient replacement of roofs, parking lots, and HVAC systems.REQUIRED SKILLS AND / OR KNOWLEDGE UPON QUALIFICATION IN POSITION :
