Position Summary
The Director, Inventory Operations is responsible for the training, oversight, and leadership of the
The Director, Inventory Operations is responsible for the training, oversight, and leadership of the
inventory team and PCC Float Team. In addition, they will be responsible for, (a) leading the day-to-
day inventory services to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with requirements of our business
partners, (b) collaborating with Vice President, Pharmacy Operations to ensure representation of
inventory team during both internal meetings and meetings with external partners, (c) creating and
reviewing multiple reports to ensure inventory team provides appropriate oversight and proactive
maintenance of inventory levels, (d) collaboration with other departments to minimize any unnecessary
inventory issues.

- Ability to work with diverse customer base both external and internal, including but not limited to manufacturer accounts representatives, physician office staff, and patients.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in leading a team.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide support to other team members
- Experience in providing excellent customer service skills to internal and external customers
- Ability to manage intake of issues via phone and email and segregate urgent from non-urgent.
- Detail oriented individual.
- Ability to identify solutions to problems quickly and communicate results in a timely fashion.
- Ability to prioritize workload and adhere to established response times to manufacturer for urgent and non-urgent issues
- Ability to multitask and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Pharmacy Technician License Required
- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Required
Essential Job Duties
- Lead the day-to-day inventory services to ensure quality, accuracy. and compliance with requirements of our business partners.
- Lead the PCC Float team.
