Salary Range: $48,000-$55,000 Based on Experience 

Position Summary
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of warehouse, pharmacy, 3PL, and facility support tasks. This role provides direct supervision to Warehouse team members and supports operational needs including inventory, maintenance, and vendor oversight.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Training</sup> 

• Valid and Active Driver’s License, with excellent driving record.
• Pharmacy Technician License
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to identify solutions to problems quickly and communicate results in a timely fashion
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Proficient with inventory control systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills

^{Essential Job Duties} 

• Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy. Distributes products in appropriate area of warehouse or pharmacy.
• Works with pharmacy staff to ensure proper supplies are in the pharmacy on daily basis.
• Maintains inventory, performs cycle counts, routinely checks expiration dates, communicates inventory needs with central inventory team
• Obtain necessary information required to successfully explain quotes/proposals from outside vendors for work orders.
• Ensure that regular maintenance of facility is completed either by Warehouse team or outside vendor is coordinated for maintenance/repairs that falls outside their skillset.
• Undertakes visits to local hardware stores, as needed, to procure items necessary for regular maintenance of facility to be performed by Warehouse team.
• Ensure routine cleaning of warehouse and loading dock performed regularly.
• Ensures supplies ordered from Uline and Cold Chain Technologies are evaluated, and any needs are communicated to the Inventory Supervisor for order to be placed.
• Evaluates and provides update on current on-site vendors to ensure that tasks are being completed by vendors as expected.
